Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at drecurlshairoil@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
